    FAQ

    Can I come into your showroom?

    Yes! Our fully stocked showroom in Osborne Park is open Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 4:30pm, and Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm so you can browse our huge range of garments, chat to staff about your project, and check out samples of various decoration methods.

    Can you fix my artwork?

    Yes! If you have a concept but don't have the skills to get to the final artwork stage we are here to help. It's always best to provide us with the elements you want to use at the highest quality you have access to. For detailed info about artwork specs click here, and if you're totally lost contact us!

    Can I print onto supplied garments?

    No, we do not print on supplied stock. The only way for us to guarantee our work is to supply the whole order to control print variables involved in producing your goods. We carry a large amount of stock on hand which generally allows us to fix any issues that may arise. This allows us to have a replacement guarantee for anything that we supply.

    What are the Artwork Requirements?

    The ideal file type and specification can vary depending on both the style of artwork you are printing and the chosen decoration method but it's always best to provide us with the highest resolution file you have available.
